The Arai RX-7 series has always been the benchmark in terms of technology at the pinnacle of world motorcycling. The new ECE R22-06 approval requires a more stringent testing process than the previous ECE R22-05; more impact points, variable speeds, and finally, an oblique impact to measure helmet rotation. Arai did not need to modify its helmets or its philosophy to pass this test, further proof of the quality of Arai's standard of excellence.
