LS2 anti-fog Pinlock

Pinlock is an anti-fog system for LS2 helmet visors. Here is how it works, simply:

🔍 What it is

It is a transparent inner lens that is applied inside a prepared visor (with two side pins).

❄️ How it prevents fogging

• The Pinlock lens creates an air pocket between the visor and the lens

• This pocket acts as a thermal insulator

• The lens is made of a hydrophilic material that absorbs moisture
  👉 Result: no condensation, even in the cold, rain, or with heavy breathing

🔧 How to install it

1. The visor has two adjustable pins

2. The Pinlock is inserted with slight tension

3. It must sit perfectly flush against the visor (no gaps)

• Always clear visibility

• No anti-fog spray needed

• Works even at low temperatures

• Removable and replaceable

⚠️ Warning

• Works only on prepared visors

• Do not clean with aggressive products

• If mounted incorrectly, air can enter and it may lose its effectiveness

💡 Practical shop tip:
always check the pin tension, as they are the primary cause of a Pinlock that "doesn't work" when adjusted poorly.
