The Schuberth C5 helmet has a completely new design, conceived to evolve the iconic and timeless "C" philosophy in a modern key with an extraordinarily compact and aerodynamic shell. The interior, with its exclusive Individual seamless lining concept, offers a level of comfort like never seen before.
Schuberth C5 Shell
Direct processed fiberglass (Schuberth Direct Fiber Processing), combined with a special resin, is vacuum-compressed at high pressure to form an exceptionally strong, yet remarkably lightweight helmet shell. The fiberglass shell is reinforced with a layer of carbon fiber for improved shock absorption and lightness.
The interior
The new EPS material ensures better shock absorption and a better shell shape, thanks to two different densities for the central part and the sides. The new Schuberth Individual seamless lining concept, on the other hand, allows for better personalization.
The ventilation system
The innovative internal ventilation system introduced with the C5 sets a new benchmark in the industry. The thermoregulation of the rider's head now reaches unparalleled levels thanks to the combined action of a system of free channels carved into the inner surface of the EPS and not covered by the padding, and the innovative rear spoiler that acts as a hot air extractor.
